INSURANCE ON FILE WORK MAY PROCEED UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES A- 2003 -082 1Z/ 3ll03 /TrNhI�� CLERK OF COUNCIL C t� (- DATE: V o `03 AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 21st day of April, 2003, by and between Berryman and Henigar, Inc, ( "Consultant') and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ( "City"), collectively referred to herein as "the Parties ". RECITALS A. The Parties entered into that certain agreement entitled "CONSULTANT AGREEMENT, AGREEMENT NUMBER A- 2003 - 004 ", hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement', for the provision of assessment district engineering and development services; B. The Parties hereto now desire to amend section 1 Scope of Services and section 2 Compensation terms of said Agreement in order to provide public education and community outreach services to the City under said Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: 1. Section 1, Scope of Services of said Agreement is hereby amended to include Exhibit E (attached hereto and incorporated herein). 2. Section 2, the "Compensation" term of said Agreement is hereby amended to increase the compensation by $75,000.00. 3. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
