Include design, materials, condition, alterations, size, setting, and boundaries.)

This one-story stucco-clad house displays signature features of the Tudor Revival style. Rectangular in plan, the house is
primarily side-gabled, accented by two unevenly sized front gables with decorative half-timbering in the gable ends. The
larger of the two front gables tops the south bay of the three-bay fayade. A diamond-shaped vent pierces the gable end. The
fayade below the gable is nearly filled by a large, shutter-framed, tripartite window. In the center bay, the smaller front gable
tops the recessed entryway. Brick piers framing the entry appear to have been replaced. The north elevation of the entryway
contains a small, round-headed, stained glass window set above a projecting ledge. A second tripartite window, also flanked
by shutters, occupies the set back north bay of the facade. Casement windows are located to either side of a prominent,
stucco-clad chimney on the north elevation. A series of double-hung sash windows of different sizes lines the south
elevation, which also contains a bay window, a secondary entrance off a small porch, and a slender attic vent with a pointed
head. A garage in the southwest corner of the property, which dates to the same period as the house, has been altered and
is noncontributive. Additional alterations to the residence include the brick piers, new brick front walkway, and a storage
room added to the back of the house.

*P3b.
