This extension period covers July 1, 2008 through June 30, <br />2010. <br /> <br />The provisions of the agreement are as follows: <br /> <br />BENEFIT POA SAMA SEIU <br />Salary July 1, 2008 = 4% Same as POA Same as POA <br />Increase January 1, 2009 = 2.5% <br /> July 1, 2009 = 4% <br /> January 1, 2010 = 2.5% <br />Medical January 1, 2007 = 8% January 1, 2009 = Same as SAMA <br />Premium increase per employee; Maintain Kaiser <br />Contributions January 1, 2008 = California CalPERS HMO <br /> Provide equivalent rates during term of <br /> percentage increase agreement <br /> based upon Kaiser <br /> California CalPERS HMO <br /> rate changes during <br /> term of agreement <br /> <br />25J-1 <br /> <br />
