The restaurant is located wi thin a <br />3,400 square feet tenant space that is part of a 17,300 square foot <br />commercial center. A total of 75 parking spaces are provided on the site. <br /> <br />The General <br />Industrial <br />Surrounding <br />south, east <br /> <br />Plan land use designation for the project site is Light <br />(M1) and the zoning designation is Industrial (IND) . <br />land uses include commercial and industrial to the north, <br />and west (Exhibits 1 and 2) . <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />Luis Gonzalez is requesting approval to amend Condition No. 8 of <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 1990-01 and allow the EI Flamingo Nightclub and <br />Restaurant to operate until 1:30 a.m. seven days a week.
