The restaurant is located within a <br />3,400 square feet tenant space that is part of a 17,300 square foot <br />commercial center. A total of 75 parking spaces are provided on the site. <br />The General Plan land use designation for the project site is Light <br />Industrial (M1) and the zoning designation is Industrial (IND). <br />Surrounding land uses include commercial and industrial to the north, <br />south, east and west (Exhibits 1 and 2). <br />Project Description <br />Luis Gonzalez is requesting approval to amend Condition No. 8 of <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 1990-01 and allow the El Flamingo Nightclub and <br />Restaurant to operate until 1:30 a.m. seven days a week.
