<br />FY05 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM - VERSION 2.0. 12-22-2004 <br /> <br />II. ApPLICATION KIT <br /> <br />SAAs must apply for FY05 HSGP funding through the online Grants Management <br />System (GMS) at https://arants.oip.usdoLaov/. Applications are available as of <br />December 2, 2004 and must be received by ODP no later than Januarv 16. 2005. ODP <br />will respond within 15 days of receipt of a complete application. <br /> <br />These grants are through DHS/ODP. The program title listed in the Catalog of Federal <br />Domestic Assistance (CFDA) at http://12.46,245.173/cfda/cfda,html is "Office for <br />Domestic Preparedness Fiscal Year 2005 Home/and Security Grant Program." The <br />CFDA number for FY05 HSGP is 97.067, When completing the online application, <br />applicants should identify their submissions as new, non-construction applications, The <br />project period will be for a period not to exceed 30 months, To expedite the application <br />and award process, no budget information, except for the EMPG budget narrative, is <br />required to apply for this grant.
