Fletcher <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Patricia E. Healy <br />As you will recall you entered into a Right of Entry and License Agreement between the <br />City of Santa Ana and Walnut Street S.A. U.S.A., LLC for APN 398-278-03 located <br />within your Original Mike's project. The term of that agreement is due to expire on <br />November 13, 2006. Attached is an Amendment to Right of Entry and License <br />Agreement providing a month -to -month occupancy. The monthly fee remains the same <br />at $600. Your insurance requirement is satisfactory through May 2007. <br />Please sign all three (3) amendments and return to me for further processing. A fully <br />executed copy will be returned for your files.
