GROUNDWATER REPLENISHMENT SYSTEM PROJECT <br /> <br />Orange County Water District (OCWD) Project Manager Tom Dawes provided an overview ora <br />proposed Groundwater Replenishment System, a joint project sponsored by OCWD and the <br />County Sanitation Districts of Orange County, to expand the County's water supply through the <br />recycling of treated wastewater.
