The agreement includes equipment, supplies, and maintenance of <br />the Police Department facility along with an on-site supervisor. Able <br />Building Maintenance Company has performed in a satisfactory manner and <br />staff recommends exercising the one-year renewal option of this agreement. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Police Department's Property & Building Other <br />Contractual Services Account (account no. 011-350-6291). <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />~" <br />I ' \ !"~ <br />\ ,/" \ . l\.\ <br />.
