<br />SEPTEMBER 25, 2006 <br />PAGE50F5 <br /> <br />25. Prior to issuance of building permits, submit a proposal for <br />an interpretative sign and display to be mounted on the Fourth <br />Street building fa9ade at street level related to the historic <br />ghost billboard for review and approval by the Planning <br />Division. This interpretative sign shall include photographs <br />of the billboard, as well as a narrative description of the <br />billboard's historical aspects. <br /> <br />26. Prior to issuance of building permits, an address <br />directory/plan with accompanying floor plan must be submitted <br />to the Planning Division for approval. <br /> <br />27. Prior to issuance of building permits, an onsite mailbox <br />location for all units must be submitted to the Planning <br />Division and approved by both Planning and the United States <br />Post Office for location and method of operation. <br /> <br />28. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, a mirror shall <br />be installed in such a way to allow those backing into the <br />alley from the project's parking garage, to see oncoming <br />traffic from said alley. This mirror may not project into the <br />right -of -way. Should the mirror be required to be installed <br />on an adj acent property, an easement shall be obtained from <br />the owner of said adjacent property. <br /> <br />29. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, a flashing <br />traffic/warning light shall be installed to alert drivers <br />headed east in the alleyway that a vehicle is emerging from <br />the project's parking garage. Should the flasher be required <br />to be installed on an adjacent property, an easement shall be <br />obtained from the owner of said adjacent property. <br /> <br />30. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, the building <br />address number shall be posted on the building's fa9ade, <br />facing Fourth Street, in a minimum of four-inch letters. <br /> <br />31. Prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, a sign program <br />shall be submitted to the Planning Division for review and <br />approval which includes a building address directory. <br /> <br />32. Site Plan Review approvals shall expire in conjunction with <br />the expiration of this Conditional Use Permit in a period of <br />two (2) years from the date of final approval if the Tentative <br />or Final Subdivision Map has not been vested. <br /> <br />75A-27 <br />
