The agreement includes equipment, supplies, and maintenance of <br />the Police Department facility along with an on-site supervisor. Able <br />Building Maintenance Company has performed in a satisfactory manner and <br />staff recommends exercising the one-year renewal option of this agreement. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the Police Department's Property & Building Other <br />Contractual Services Account (account no. 011-350-6291). <br />~',, <br />,t ; <br />~`. ~. <br />Paul M.
