Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager and Chief of Police to <br />enter into an agreement with the City of Anaheim for reimbursement of <br />funds expended for the purchase of equipment, services, and training <br />authorized under the FY 2006 Urban Areas Security Initiative in an <br />amount not to exceed $5,990,000. <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the Chief of Police <br />and the Clerk of the Council to enter into reimbursement agreements for <br />equipment, services, or training with the County of Orange or any of <br />the cities located in the designated Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area in an <br />aggregate amount not to exceed $5,990,000. <br />3.
