<br />A-2006-158 <br /> <br />1-1-01 <br /> <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />{2.-/;;I..-oj <br /> <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is entered <br />into on June 19,2006, by and between Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc., a California <br />corporation ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />0: PvJ~ (;1.) <br />( .s. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Consultant Agreement A-2004-131 dated July 6, 2004, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has assisted the City in <br />developing a Drainage Facility Inspection, GIS Inventory and Source Control <br />Program. <br /> <br />B. In order to comply with the Regional Water Quality Control Board's grant <br />compliance requirements, additional professional services are required. <br /> <br />C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />increase compensation to pay for the additional compliance reporting services and <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Second Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 2.a, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by <br />$20,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $355,000.00. <br /> <br />2.
