Corr~msys <br />Where Innovative Tetlnwlogy Becomes IrHelligenl SduUOns <br />ConnectClCT"" End-User Software Maintenance <br />and Technical Support Agreement <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made, by and between CommSys, Inc., a corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio and having its principal <br />place of business at 33 West First Street, Suite 420, Dayton, Ohio 45402 <br />(hereinafter "CommSys"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California, and having its principal place of business at 60 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana, CA 92702 (hereinafter "Customer"). <br />CommSys provides the maintenance for the ConnectClCT"' Software listed below <br />and Support services for the two contacts ("Designated Contacts") named by <br />End User in Section 1 of this Agreement. <br />Designated Software and Contacts <br />A. The term "Software" as used in this Agreement means: <br />Software Name, Version <br />ConnectClCT"^ Transaction Workflow Engine Version 2.0 and the following <br />ConnectClC Modules: <br />/ Basic Inouirv <br />/ Basic Entrv/Edit <br />/ Data-mining <br />/ Meta-data <br />/ Expanded Inouiry <br />/ Expanded Entry/Edit <br />/ Multi-Vendor Connectivity and API Support <br />B.
