Interface/LINK Pre-Plans and Photos:
Once the Site and Plot plans have been accepted as complete, they will be 'linked' to the
corresponding address in the map. Any photos taken at that location will also be linked to the
address. This phase also includes integration of the completed drawings into Santa Ana Fire's
Haztrakr software program. Completed drawings will be in 'pdr format for best resolution.

Software. Support & Trainin!!:
The accepted Proposal calls for two copies of our FIREbasePIP@ Pre-Incident software, training
and support. It's important to learn how to use FIREbasePlP@ software so SAF staff can update
any future changes to the drawings.

The Proposal includes 2 days of on-site training. Whoever will be responsible for updating and
editing the pre-incident plans needs to attend the training class. The class will demonstrate how
to draw a drawing from scratch, import a scanned drawing and trace over it and how to import
and edit an AutoCAD@ based drawing.

The FIREbasePIP@ Annual Support Agreement includes unlimited telephone and email support.
It also includes any fixes or updates to the software for one year.

This Proposal includes 2-days of on-site training of FIREbaseMAP@. Training includes end-
user training and Administrative training.

Tri- Tech 911/Dispatch Interface:
Create a direct interface tie with Tri- Tech Dispatch to automatically fill out the Address in the
FIND command in FIREbaseMAP@. With the Tri-Tech direct interface in place, the 'calls'
location is automatically displayed on the street map (the same map that Tri-Tech uses), the
parcel or intersection will blink, with Pre-Plans, photos, video, and more all available for
immediate display.

10
