<br />ARTICLE XV <br />15.0 STRIKES AND WORK STOPPAGES <br />15.1 Prohibited Conduct. <br />A. SAMA, its officers, agents, representatives, and members agree that during the <br />term of this Agreement, they will not cause or condone any unlawful strike, <br />walkout, slowdown, sickout, or any other unlawful job action by withholding or <br />refusing to work. <br />B. According to City Charter Section 1014, any employee who participates in any <br />conduct prohibited in Subsection A above shall be subject to suspension, <br />demotion or dismissal by the Appointing Authority. <br />15.2 SAMA Responsibilitv. Whenever SAMA, its officers, agents, representatives, or <br />members engage in any of the conduct prohibited in Subsection 14.1 (A) above <br />of this Article, SAMA will immediately instruct any persons engaging in such <br />conduct that their conduct is violating this Agreement and unlawful, and they <br />must immediately cease engaging in the conduct prohibited in said Subsection <br />14.1 (A) above, and return to work. <br /> <br />-62- <br />
