B. Interference with work on utilities: The CONTRACTOR shall cooperate fully with all <br />utility forces of the CITY or forces of other public or private agencies engaged in the <br />relocation, altering, or otherwise rearranging of any facilities which interfere with the <br />progress of the WORK, and shall schedule the WORK so as to minimize interference <br />with said relocation, altering, or other rearranging of facilities. <br />1.5 WORK SEQUENCE <br />A. The CONTRACTOR's attention is directed to the fact that during the period of <br />construction, minimal interruption in the flow and pump operation can be <br />accommodated. The CONTRACTOR shall submit a schedule to the CITY indicating <br />the time and duration of the interruptions so that the CITY may properly coordinate <br />operations. The CITY may require the CONTRACTOR to rearrange or alter this <br />schedule in order to meet operational requirements. <br />B. Access to the sites is limited to regular working hours. Access during any other hours <br />may be attained if proper arrangements are made with the CITY (minimum of 24 hour <br />notice). <br />1.6 CONTRACTOR USE OF PROJECT SITE <br />A. The CONTRACTOR's use of the project site shall be limited to its construction <br />operations, including on -site storage of materials, on -site fabrication facilities, and <br />field offices. <br />1.7 CITY USE OF THE PROJECT SITE <br />A. The CITY may utilize all or part of the existing facilities during the entire period of <br />construction for the conduct of the CITY's normal operations. The CONTRACTOR <br />shall cooperate and coordinate with the CITY to facilitate the CITY's operations and to <br />minimize interference with the CONTRACTOR's operations at the same time. In any <br />event, the CITY shall be allowed access to the project site during the period of <br />construction. <br />1.8 PARTIAL UTILIZATION OF THE WORK BY CITY <br />A. The CITY will take partial utilization of the WORK upon completion of the start-up at <br />each site. Partial utilization will involve the placing into service of the SMS Server <br />Computer and security equipment at each site. <br />1.9 PROJECT MEETINGS <br />A. Preconstruction Conference: <br />1. Prior to the commencement of WORK at the site, a preconstruction conference <br />will be held at a mutually agreed time and place which shall be attended by the <br />CONTRACTOR's Project Manager, and its Subcontractors as the <br />CONTRACTOR deems appropriate. Other attendees will be: <br />a.
