Third party programs (including SCADA, <br />process control and alarm management systems) shall have the capability to use <br />Active -X control, API, or XML integration for video display. Video from all cameras <br />shall be capable of being stored continuously or upon events triggered by dry contact <br />inputs from sensors, detected motion or security system alarms. Stored video shall <br />be able to be viewed immediately or analysis and response. Access shall be <br />controlled by layered passwords, with authentication integrated into enterprise -wide <br />privilege systems. The software shall be able to run on the latest Microsoft Windows <br />Sever as supported by this software. <br />1. Camera Capacity: The software shall be capable of a minimum of 16 cameras, <br />scalable to any number of cameras. <br />2. Bandwidth Manager: The software shall be able to keep bandwidth consumption <br />below user - defined limits. <br />3. Point and Click Navigation: The software shall support navigation by clicking on <br />the video screen tog center the camera on any view. <br />4. Presets: The software shall be capable of user - defined preset views with preset <br />zoom. <br />5. Panoramas: The software shall be able to provide up to three 360 panoramas, <br />with ability to point the camera by clicking on the panorama. <br />6. Snapshots: The software shall be capable of capturing and retrieving time <br />stamped snapshots with a single click. <br />7. Video Storage and Retrieval: The software shall be capable to retrieve <br />continuous or event triggered stored video for immediate review. <br />8. SCADA: The software shall allow integration with leading SCADA software <br />through Active -X control. <br />9. Password Protection: The software shall be set capable to provide three levels of <br />password access. <br />10. Multiple Viewers: The system shall support up to 20 simultaneous viewers per <br />camera. <br />The SMS Relay Server Software shall be installed on the SMS Server Computer. <br />The software shall be the Sixteen Camera Relay Server Software by IV &C No. RSS- <br />4016 or approved equal. <br />C. SMS View Station Software: The SMS View Station Software shall enable up to 25 <br />cameras to be displayed on each of multiple monitors. The software shall be capable <br />to cause the views to "Tour" selected preset views from any number of cameras on <br />one or more schedules. The software shall provide alarm management from any <br />number of cameras. The software shall provide comprehensive management of <br />multiple cameras at one or more centralized view stations. The software shall be able <br />to run on the latest Microsoft Windows Server as supported by this software. <br />1. Configurable Multi -up Displays: The software shall be capable of displaying any <br />number of video feeds up to 25 feeds on each of multiple monitors. Clicking on <br />any of the feeds shall display a full screen video control panel for that feed. <br />2_ .
