C y J � � d 5 Scone of Work Security Solutions offers to provide and install the following Security Management System as requested for the Northeast Reservoir and Pumping Station, Santa Ana, CA. This project will be integrated with the West Reservoir pumping station and will incorporate all of the same terms and conditions as previously contracted. Security Solutions proposes to provide and install COVI, Hi- Definition, color CCTV cameras with fence line and motion detection perimeter protection, integrated into a Lenel backbone for remote monitoring and reporting with video of security breaches. This system will use the open architecture of Lenel to tie in to the existing AlarmWorx communication software. Head -End Security Solutions offers to provide and install the following equipment in order to successfully integrate the new Security Management System and the existing AlarmWorx communication equipment at the Santa Ana Water District corporate office: • (1) New PC server provided by Security Solutions to control both the Lenel OnGuard server software and the COVI video storage. This PC Server will have at a minimum, Pentium IV processor, 50OGB Hard Drive, CD- DVD +/- writer, 17' Flat panel monitor, 10 /100 network card and keyboard and mouse • (1) Integration to existing Alamr Worx software to allow for automated calling of technicians when an alarm is received • Tie into existing T -1 line for network communication • All necessary cables, connectors and programming Northeast Reservoir • (1) Lenel LNL -500 intelligent control panel to be installed inside the pump station to allow for alarm communication with the head end. • Alarm contacts for the pedestrian and roll up doors, as well as for the vent hatch, to be tied in through the Lenel panel • (4) Total, COVI Hi- Definition color cameras with vari-focal auto -iris lenses to be installed on the South East comer of the Northeast reservoir. These cameras will be installed according to the diagram of Addendum A. All cameras will be able to record in multiple record rates from Hi- Definition (16CIF) to standard resolution (%4 CIF) as well as automatically switch from color to black and white for low -light conditions • (4) Total, COVI blade server /recorders with 250GB Hard drives to allow for HD storage and retrieval of up to I month from each camera Security Solutions Proposal Number LA -06 -071 rev B September 18, 2006 Proprietary Information Prepared for: City of Santa Ana Use or disclosure of data contained on this sheet is subject to the restriction on the title page of this proposal 2
