The most economic way of <br />handling a high number of subscriptions with varying expiration dates as <br />well as specific requests for additional periodicals is to utilize a <br />brokerage to order, track and expedite delivery. Ebsco Subscription <br />Services is a sole source subscription service that carries over 4,000 <br />Spanish language titles and information reports such as Bulletin of <br />Serials Changes and Historical Price Analysis Report. <br /> <br />On January 5, 2004, the City Council awarded a contract to Ebsco <br />Subscription Services.
