Both he and Executive Director Ross responded to <br />Councilmembers' questions. <br /> <br />Councilmembers discussed the need for related infrastructure improvements, specifically <br />referencing sidewalk damages caused by tree roots (1500 block ofN. Towner), deteriorated and <br />unpaved sidewalks (Laurelhurst) in the City's aged street light system (Wilshire Square). <br /> <br />90.A.
