N_2002-182-03 <br />INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />CLERKOFCOUNCIL <br />DATE: <br />(o) (Z)(6tvk 7/WA4) THIRD AMF,NDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMEN <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is entered into this <br />20`h day of November, 2006, by and between Felice Ilkeagla (hereinafter "Consultant") <br />and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br />Calilornia ("City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2002-182, dated December 31, 2002, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement'") by which Consultant has provided Parent/Child <br />Participation classes through the City's leisure class program. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period and to add compensation to <br />pay for services during the extended term. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants- contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Third Amendment to Consultant Agreement.. the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to add $10,000, to pay for <br />services during the extended term of said Agreement. <br />2. Section 3, TERM shall be amended to extend the term through December 31, 2007. <br />3. Fxeept as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />
