<br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />ACQUISITION OF TWO VACANT PORTIONS OF 4030 WEST <br />MCFADDEN AVENUE <br /> <br />Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and <br />Housing Commission by a vote of 4:0 (Jauregui, Turner, Yanez absent) at <br />its Regular Meeting of November 7, 2006. <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br /> <br />1. Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize <br />the Executive Director to execute an agreement for the <br />acquisition of real property and escrow instructions acquiring <br />a surplus portion of 4030 West McFadden Avenue, Santa Ana, <br />AP# 108-601-03 for the amount of $35,000 plus normal escrow <br />and closing costs. <br /> <br />2.
