PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Motion: <br /> <br />1. Amend Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit <br /> 98-07 to include the following specifications: <br /> <br />Trucks will not be operating in the immediate area of the schools <br />between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. <br />Truck route to and from the yard will be via Pine St. - Walnut St. - <br />Standard Ave. - First St. If it becomes necessary for use of <br />Chestnut Avenue between 7:30 - 8:30 a.m., or between 2:30 - <br />4:00 p.m., school principals will be notified <br />A Global Recycling employee will be outside between 7:30 - 8:30 <br />a.m. and between 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. to secure safety of children <br />A Global Recycling representative will meet with each principal <br />twice a year to discuss effectiveness of policies indicated above <br /> <br />2.
