CALTRANS FREEWAY LANDSCAPING/REMNANT PARCELS FROM <br /> INTERSTATE 5 WIDENING PROJECT <br /> <br />Public Works Agency Executive Director Jim Ross opened the work study session by <br />acknowledging the excellent working relationship between the Public Works Agency and <br />Caltrans District 12.
