A subsequent vote to reconsider the <br />malter also failed. Pursuant to Article V, Section 8 of the By-laws for the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency, in the event of a tie vote on a motion, <br />the Agency shall be deemed to have made no decision. The malter <br />therefore will be placed on the Council/Agency Session Agenda for further <br />consideration on December 18, 2006. <br /> <br />COUNCIL RECONVENED WITH THE SAME MEMBERS PRESENT <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />90A PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />John Brierly addressed the Council relative to concerns about the condition <br />of streets in his neighborhood; Michael Beanes raised concerns about the <br />procedure to register noisy animal complaints; Joan Hake also raised the <br />issue of the poor condition of streets in the City; Lisann Martinez noted that <br />there were two more pedestrian fatalities in the City; Alex Vega discussed <br />the opportunities for Hispanics in the community. <br /> <br />90.8.
