Therefore, consistent, street-sweeping service must be <br />maintained at all times in order to keep the exterior of the facility and <br />the parking structure clean and attractive. <br /> <br />A Request for <br />services; the <br />Orange County <br />follows: <br /> <br />Proposals (RFP) was issued to provide <br />RFP was also published on November 6 and <br />Reporter.
