As a result, staff prepared and distributed a Request for <br />Proposal (RFP) seeking the most qualified and cost effective service <br />program. RFPs were sent to three vendors. Of the three vendors who <br />requested the RFP's only MASK System, Inc. responded to the proposal. <br /> <br />The Police Department staff recommends the approval of this agreement with <br />MASK Systems, Inc. MASK is the current vendor and has performed <br />satisfactorily. The services identified under this agreement are scheduled <br />preventive maintenance of all security systems, emergency and routine <br />repairs of equipment, and an on-site system technician. Additionally, the <br />agreement includes a $150,000 annual budget for spare parts, system <br />enhancements, and system modifications. <br /> <br />25J-1 <br />
