<br />Agreement for Police Department <br />Inmate Food Services <br />January 16, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The Police Department staff recommends Keefe Commissary Services, for the <br />inmate commissary services portion of the jail food services program. <br />Keefe Commissary is the nation's leading corrections commissary. Estimated <br />annual revenue for this program is $160,000. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds for the Aramark food services agreement are available in the Police <br />Department, Jail Contractual Services Account (account no. 011-349-6291). <br />The Keefe commissary services agreement will be paid from the Inmate <br />Commissary Trust Fund (account no. 98-01-3611-349), which is derived from <br />inmate deposits.
