FLETCHER, City Attorney <br />ELIZABETH DANG Sr. Deputy Clerk of the <br />Council <br /> <br />MAYOR PRO TEM LUTZ <br /> <br />WORK STUDY SESSION <br /> <br />1999-2000 CITY BUDGET <br /> <br />City Manager David Ream expressed his pleasure at the opportunity to continue with the <br />City's 1999-2000 budget, proceeded with an Agenda review and introduced Public Works <br />Agency Transportation Manager Joyce Amerson who presented the 1999-2000 Capital <br />Improvement Program (CIP) budget for the City. <br /> <br />Amerson thanked individuals from the various City agencies involved in the CIP process <br />and commended in particular Public Works Agency Senior Accounting Assistant Margaret <br />Mercer for her invaluable assistance in the preparation of the presentation and <br />presentation materials. <br /> <br />Amerson noted that the projects included in the $39.4 million total are consistent with the <br />City's goal of providing and maintaining a first rate infrastructure and are responsive to <br />community needs.
