FINANCIAL RESTRUCTURING PLAN FOR YWCA OF SOUTH ORANGE <br /> COUNTY <br /> <br />In response to Councilmember Moreno's inquiry and concerns regarding the large <br />dollar amount to be forgiven the YWCA, Community Development Agency <br />Executive Director Cindy Nelson recapped the project's history, and she, Housing <br />Manager Patricia Whitaker, and YWCA Board President Wanda Lee responded to <br />specific questions relating to restructuring the YWCA's debt. <br /> <br />Motion: 1. Approve. <br /> <br />Debt Repayment, Forgiveness and Restructuring Plan for the YWCA of <br />South Orange County in an amount not to exceed $400,000.00 plus <br />escrow fees not to exceed $4,000.00 and an additional amount of <br />$25,000.00 to cover rehabilitation - Community Development Agency <br /> <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and the Executive Director <br />of the Community Development Agency to execute. <br /> <br />Modification to the September 25, 1996 agreement for the use of <br />Community Development Block Grant funds between the YWCA of <br />South Orange County and the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />3.
