Broadway due to its designation as <br />a historic property, and requested the Council remove the property from the Santa <br />Ana Register of Historical Properties. <br /> <br />Diann Marsh opined the historic designation made the property more valuable and <br />eligible for tax incentives under the Mills Act. <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido requested Marsh to provide the Blind Center representatives with <br />information regarding historic property preservation incentive programs. <br /> <br />Motion: Continue item to June 21, 1999 Council meeting. <br /> <br />Removal of property at 2015 N.
