Prepare the design of a block wall between the Adams Park property and the <br /> adjacent condominium complex and coordinate construction with the <br /> neighborhood and the Santa Ana Unified School District; <br />2. Work with the New Horizon Neighborhood to develop an implementation <br /> strategy and funding plan for the sidewalk, curb, gutter and street needs; <br />3. Address the issue of the sidewalk repairs at Towner and 16th Streets and the <br /> 5300 block of West Lucky Way; and <br />4.
