Broadway with its existing historic designation. He asked the Council <br />to allow the property to be removed from the Santa Ana Historic Register if removal was <br />a requisite condition to sale of the property. <br /> <br />Pending review by the City Attorney of a letter setting forth Cooper's request, the Council <br />by unanimous informal consent deferred action on Application 99-01 until later in the <br />meeting.
