Guy: One <br />dated July 6, 1999 from Smith & Politiski regarding APN 005-142-34 and APN 005- <br />142-49 <br /> <br />Sandra Theander expressed concern regarding the charges levied against APN-140- <br />142-11. <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido closed the public hearing at 8:57 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion: 1. Amend resolution to delete AP Nos. 005-142-34, 005-142-49, and <br /> 140-142-11; and adopt. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999-040 - A resolution of the City of the City of Santa Ana <br />overruling objections to and confirming the report of the Executive Director <br />of the Planning and Building Agency pertaining to the costs of securing <br />and demolition of various structures declared to be public nuisances; <br />making, confirming and levying assessments for such costs; and ordering <br />a copy thereof to be recorded with the Orange County Recorder - <br />Planning and Building Agency <br /> <br />2.
