Guy: <br />None <br />There were no speakers regarding the extension of the moratorium. <br />Mayor Pulido closed the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. <br />Motion: Adopt emergency ordinance and authorize publication of title. <br />ORDINANCE NS-2397 - An emergency ordinance of the City of Santa <br />Ana extending the prohibition on the conversion or establishment of any <br />new residential hotel <br />MOTION: McGuigan SECOND: Christy <br />AYES: Bist, Christy, Franklin, Lutz, McGuigan, Pulido <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Moreno <br />RECESSED AT 7:10 P.M.
