EXHIBIT A <br />CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS <br />FOR PRESSURE WASHING AND CLEANING <br />1.1 Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary for <br />the removal of stains and deposits from cement and brick paver sidewalks in the <br />downtown and South Main area and the Santa Ana Depot. Said services shall comply <br />with the General Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A -1. The contract period shall be <br />two (2) years commencing on or about January 1, 2007 and ending January 2, 2008. <br />1.2 a. Cleaning on South Main (as indicated on Attachment 1) shall be performed between <br />the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., once each quarter. Each quarterly two week <br />cleaning schedule shall be coordinated with the Assistant Director of Community <br />Development or her authorized designee. Contractor will provide a quarterly update <br />on South Main cleaning schedule in writing via fax to the Community Development <br />Agency. Fax number (714) 647 -6549. <br />b. Cleaning in the Downtown (as indicated on Attachment 2) shall be performed <br />between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., daily five (5) days per week — <br />Wednesday through Sunday, depending on traffic and weather conditions. Contactor <br />is required to clean three (3) linear blocks one (1) side only per day. The work <br />schedule shall be coordinated with the Assistant Director of Community <br />Development or her authorized designee. Contractor will provide a weekly update on <br />which blocks where cleaned in the Downtown in writing via fax to the Community <br />Development Agency. Fax number (714) 647 -6549. <br />c. All work at the DEPOT shall be performed between the hours of l 1pm and 6am, <br />excluding Friday and Saturday. <br />1.3 The Depot areas are set forth in Attachment 3, and more particularly described below: <br />The DEPOT at Santa Ana <br />Three Levels of Parking Structure <br />(floor, ledges, landings, low walls) <br />Walkway to Santa Ana Boulevard <br />Flag Area <br />Concrete Drive Area from Fountain to Flags <br />Parking Structure - North & South Stairways and <br />Elevator entrance areas <br />Parking Structure - Main Entrance Area to <br />Greyhound area <br />Semi - Annually <br />Semi - Annually <br />Semi - Annually <br />Semi - Annually <br />Quarterly <br />Quarterly <br />
