<br />Page 3 <br />SCADA System Upgrade Proposal <br />November 8, 2006 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Transdyn will provide 24x7 warranty support for the one-year warranty period with a maximum four-hour <br />response. The warranty support will include remote software and system troubleshooting, diagnosis and <br />problem resolution performed jointly with City personnel, including coordination of any repairs and <br />replacements under standard manufacturer warranties. All removal and reinstallation of equipment during <br />the warranty period will be the responsibility of the City. Annual maintenance and support contracts are <br />available with the same coverage, dependent upon expiration of standard manufacturer warranties, at the <br />conclusion of the one-year warranty period. <br /> <br />All work, excluding warranty and maintenance, will be completed and the new SCADA system will be fully <br />operational within 8 months of notice to proceed (NTP). This schedule assumes that timely review of <br />submittals and access to field sites will be provided. <br /> <br />Sales tax is included in this proposal. <br /> <br />Transdyn is fully bondable, however, this proposal does not include the costs for any bonds and is based <br />upon our currently published Professional and Support Services Terms and Conditions (please see <br />attached).
