Bristol in the amount of $625,000; <br /> <br />Irineo Arroyo for the purchase of the residential property <br />located at 712 S. Bristol in the amount of $620,000; <br /> <br />Minerva Avelar for the purchase of the residential property <br />located at 1302 Richland in the amount of $600,000; <br /> <br />Juan Villegas for the purchase of the residential property <br />located at 506 S.Bristol in the amount of $565,000; <br /> <br />Mai & Ninh Nguyen for the purchase of the residential property <br />located at 407 S. Bristol in the amount of $600,000. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />On March 6, 2006 the City Council approved the cooperative agreement <br />between the City and the Orange County Transportation Authority to <br />fund Bristol Street improvements from McFadden Avenue and Pine <br />Street. Improvements include widening of the street from four lanes <br />to six, construction of landscaping in the parkways and the median <br /> <br />25C-1 <br />
