The One Stop delivery system is <br />a network of WIA mandated and optional partners that are responsible for <br />providing a variety of services, which lead to training and employment <br />opportuni ties for adults, dislocated workers and local youth. The City <br />of Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center currently operates the One-Stop center for <br />the WIB. The WIA specifies that the WIA funded Adult and Dislocated <br />Worker programs must be provided through the One Stop delivery system, <br />and that partners must participate in the operation of the system and the <br />delivery of these services. <br /> <br />Through Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) , a collaboration by all of the <br />One-Stop partners is created for a seamless system of service delivery <br />designed to enhance access to the program's services and improve long- <br /> <br />25F-1 <br />
