The existing lots are rectangular <br />in shape and are a combined 10,366 square feet in size. Currently, the <br />lots are oriented towards Euclid Street. The property is bounded by <br />commercial uses to the north and south, single-family to the east and a <br />church to the west (Exhibits 1 and 2). The current zoning classification <br />for the subject property is Community Commercial (C1) with a General Plan <br />land use designation of Low Density Residential (LR-7). <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to construct two single-family residences with <br />attached two-car garages on two separate lots. The first house will be <br />approximately 2,576 square feet in size with four bedrooms and two and a <br />half baths.
