Rental Assistance <br /> <br />To qualify for a rental assistance payment, tenants who are permanently <br />displaced must have legally occupied their Project residence for a minimum <br />of 90 days prior to the Developer's acquisition of the property. To be eligible <br />to receive the rental assistance benefits the displaced tenant households <br />have to rent or purchase and occupy a decent, safe, and sanitary <br />replacement dwelling within one year from the date they move from the <br />displacement dwelling.
