The submittal shall clearly idE[Itify management level personnel, any oth~upporting personnel, and the <br />entity's project manager. The submittal shall also include a graphic depiction of the organizational <br />structure of the persons and firms associated with the project. The Team shall not be allowed to substitute <br />any individuals or firms for those identified without the written permission of the Sponsor. <br />1. Experience <br />The response should provide evidence of direct, relevant experience in the design and <br />construction of parking structures by members of the Team. The submittal should include a <br />listing of relevant, completed projects that will demonstrate the competence of all architects, <br />engineers, contractors, and other consultants included on the candidate's Team to undertake and <br />complete this project in a successful and satisfactory manner. The submittal should include all <br />work activities required to deliver a facility in finished condition ready for occupancy. <br />Previous projects should be identified and described, including: <br />- location <br />- size <br />- client <br />- development time line (from initiation of design to construction completion) <br />- project cost and financing strategy <br />- quality control measures <br />- current status <br />- references and contact information <br />- project delivery methods (i.e., design build, design/bid build, etc.) <br />2. Financial Capacity <br />The Sponsor is very concerned about the financial strength and stability of the Team. All <br />respondents in this RFQ are required to provide, on a strictly confidential basis, the following <br />information for the prime design consultant and the construction manager <br />List of projects in the "pipeline" (include status, development schedule, and financial <br />commitment, if any) <br />Team members' litigation record <br />Team members' loss claims history <br />F <br />3. Project Approach <br />Respondents should present their intended approach to: <br />Design quality/life cycle alternatives <br />Methodology in assimilating the program document <br />Alternative construction methods <br />Entitlement process <br />The Team should include a description of the project management system to be used. The <br />discussion should detail the operating procedures, quality control procedures, and other <br />management methods to be employed to ensure the project is completed and available for full <br />function occupancy no later than the date identified on the schedule. <br />Sof9 <br />
