Analyzes site logistics, project constraints, means <br />and methods, project schedules and material alternatives. Directly involved in negotiated <br />contracts where budgetary constraints require extensive value engineering analysis to make <br />construction feasible. Also responsible for managing competitive bidding, working with lead <br />project estimators and estimating teams from subcontractor bid invitations through bid closing. <br />Senior Project Manager: John Staff <br />Responsibilities include review of architectural and engineering drawings, specifications and <br />project document control; review and expedite shop drawings and submittals; initiate and <br />coordinate request for information; coordinate with estimating for review of scopes of work <br />precedent to and including prepazation of contracts and change orders; maintain project progress <br />and schedule by coordinating closely with site project manager, project superintendent, general <br />field superintendent, entire assigned site staff and Design/Build support team; monitor and <br />manage subcontractors in close coordination to assure quality standazds aze met or exceeded. <br />Project Superintendent: Clive Waring <br />The project lead superintendent is assigned the overall field responsibility for assuring quality <br />installation of the craft work. He, and any assistants reporting to him, also attend to issues such <br />as staging and storage, deliveries, movement of labor personnel and vehicles onsite and offsite, <br />parking and traffic control, etc. Responsible for daily and weekly planning of activities, <br />including coordination and scheduling with subcontractors under contract to Gordon & Williams <br />
