This extension period covers July <br />1, 2008 through June 30, 2010. <br /> <br />The provisions of the extended agreement are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Salary Increase: <br /> <br />July 1, 2008 ~ 4% <br />January 1, 2009 = 2.5% <br />July 1, 2009 = 4% <br />January 1, 2010 = 2.5% <br /> <br />2. Medical Premium Contributions: January 1, 2007 ~ Maintain <br />Kaiser California CalPERS HMO rates during term of extended <br />agreement. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Dental Premium Contributions: <br />increase per employee. <br /> <br />January 1, <br /> <br />2010: <br /> <br />$10/month <br /> <br />4. Long-term Disability Insurance: January 1, 2008: $25/month <br />increase per employee, during term of extended agreement. <br /> <br />5. 2.7% at 55 CalPERS Retirement Formula: <br />A. Employees agree to contribute toward enhanced retirement <br />formula: <br /> <br />July 1, 2007 2.0% <br />July 1, 2008 Add'l 2.0% (total of 4%) <br />July 1, 2009 Add'l 2.3% (total of 6.3%) <br />251-1 <br />
