This extension period covers July <br />1, 2008 through June 30, 2010. <br />The provisions of the extended agreement are as follows: <br />1. Salary Increase: <br />July 1, 2008 = 4% <br />January 1, 2009 = 2.5`0 <br />July 1, 2009 = 4% <br />January 1, 2010 = 2.5% <br />2. Medical Premium Contributions: January 1, 2007 = Maintain <br />Kaiser California Ca1PERS HMO rates during term of extended <br />agreement. <br />3. Dental Premium Contributions: January 1, 2010: $10/month <br />increase per employee. <br />4. Long-term Disability Insurance: January 1, 2008: $25/month <br />increase per employee, during term of extended agreement. <br />5. 2.7% at 55 CalPERS Retirement Formula: <br />A. Employees agree to contribute toward enhanced retirement <br />formula: <br />July 1, 2007 = 2.0% <br />July 1, 2008 = Add'1 2.Oo (total of 4%) <br />July 1, 2009 = Add'1 2.3`0 (total of 6.30) <br />251-1 <br />
