GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 99-03, AMENDMENT APPLICATION 99-06, <br /> TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 99-108 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 99-20 - <br /> 1601 E. 17TH STREET - FILED BY HUTTON DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> <br />Public hearing on the following to permit the construction of six office buildings <br />at 1601 E. 17~ Street: <br /> <br /> GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 99-03 to amend the Land Use Element of the <br /> General Plan and floor area ratio from General Commercial (C2) to Professional <br /> Administrative Office (PAO) <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT APPLICATION 99-06 to rezone property from Arterial <br /> Commercial (C5) to Professional (P) <br /> <br /> TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 99-108 to subdivide 3.3 acres <br /> <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 99-20 to allow permit parking in a -B suffix zone <br /> <br />Legal Notice published in the Orange Countv Reoister and mailed on <br />September 24, 1999 <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido opened the public hearing regarding the construction of six office <br />buildings at 1601 East 17t" Street at 8:13 p.m. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Ken Adams requested the hearing be continued for two weeks. <br /> <br />Presentation of written communications by Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy: <br />None <br /> <br />Winston Covington requested the hearing be continued for 30 days to allow for <br />input from neighborhood residents adjacent to the project. <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido noted the hearing could be continued again if necessary. <br /> <br />Motion: Continue hearing regarding the property at 1601 E. 17t~ Street to <br /> October 18 Council meeting at staff's request. <br /> <br /> MOTION: Lutz SECOND: Bist <br /> <br /> VOTE: AYES: Bist, Christy, Franklin, Lutz, McGuigan, <br /> Moreno, Pulido <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />330 OCTOBER 4, 1999 <br /> <br /> <br />
