(i)~o" a~ <br /> <br />N-2004-133-02 <br /> <br />TH1S SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is entered <br />into on August 17,2006, hy and hetvvccn Leticia Quiroz ("Consultant") and the City of <br />Santa Ana, 3. charter city' and mUlllclpaJ corporation of the State of Califomia ("City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2004.133, uateu November 4, 2004 <br />(hcn.:inafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided teacher assistance <br />for jail inmate instmction in GED and computer classes. <br /> <br />B. In accordance \vitb the lemlS and conditions of said Agreement, the partics wish to <br />extend said Agreement for an additional one-year term and increast' compensation to <br />pay for services during the extended term. <br /> <br />\\TIEREFORE, in consid(;ratioll of the covenants contamed in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, cxcept those amcnded in this <br />Second Amendment tn Consultant Agreement, the parties agrcl: as follows: <br /> <br />1.
