EXHIBIT "A" LEGAL DESCRIPTION A portion of Alton Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California described in deeds to the City of Santa recorded May 28, 1969 in Book 8970, Pages 588 and 593 of Official Records of said County, together with portions of Alton Avenue described in a deed to said City recorded April 15, 1971 in Book 9606, Page 46 of Official Records of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the westerly terminus of that certain course in the north line of Parcel 1 shown as North 88°24'06" West 323.79 feet on a Parcel Map recorded in Book 44, Page 7 of Parcel Maps in the office of the recorder of said County; thence South 82°13'57" East 325.68 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve, concave southerly, having a radius of 1125.00 feet, a radial line to said beginning of curve bears North 01 035'54" East; thence easterly along said curve through a central angle of 14°03'58" an arc length of 276.19 feet to the northwesterly line of the land described in a deed to the State of California recorded October 1, 1964 in Book 7241, Page 477 of Official Records of said County; thence North 40°39'12" East 163.43 feet along said northwesterly line to the beginning of a non-tangent curve, concave southerly, concentric with the hereinbefore described curve, having a radius of 1275.00 feet, a radial line to said beginning of curve bears North 18°46'07" East; thence westerly along said curve through a central angle of 17°10'13" an arc length of 382.09 feet; thence South 85°25'44" West 325.68 feet to a point distant North 01°35'54" East 80.00 feet from the point of beginning; thence South 01"35'54" West 80.00 feet to the point of beginning.
