Direct the City Attorney to prepare and the Mayor and Clerk <br />of the Council to execute agreements. <br />FREE LUNCH PROGRAM - With the California Department of Labor <br />- Recreation and Community Services AGMT 1999-190 <br />FREE LUNCH PROGRAM - With the Santa Ana Unified School <br />District - Recreation and Community Services AGMT 1999-191 <br />2.
